Hello, I'm Charlotte Jukes, a Connection Life Coach with over 30 years of experience in nursing, now dedicated to empowering women to lead healthier, more balanced lives. My personal journey through overwhelm, anxiety and trauma revealed to me the limitations of traditional healthcare in addressing the root causes of Stress. This realisation inspired me to explore and embrace holistic stress-management strategies that have transformed my approach to health and wellness.
