As a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator with decades of experience, I understand the challenges of living with a chronic condition. I believe that true well-being involves taking care of both the body and mind. Drawing from my extensive knowledge of behavior change and chronic condition management, we’ll create a personalized health plan to help you feel your best. I also offer guidance on the potential use of cannabis as a medicine, although many of my clients prefer to achieve wellness through behavior changes that help them “Bring Out Their Bliss."
