About me
As I entered the Medical Field I started my journey of self healing the abusive childhood I experienced. I did not want to be an abusive parent. I was directed toward holistic healing and it made a big difference for me to not have continue to tell my traumatic story over and over. I experienced as many modalities to complete the healing and shared with my patients.
I learned early on time is precious and I do not want others to suffer repeating patterns nor repeating their trauma stories over and over. I believe in the positive, quick, gentle ways to self heal.
