About me
With a toolbox of modalities, I offer a diverse approach to heal, transformation, and spiritual enlightenment. As a Reiki Master, I am the 11th in my linage from Usui himself. I honor the sacredness and traditional approach to this healing modality. As I continued my own self-healing journey and enlightenment, I took a few years and studied under Samantha Skelly with PAUSE Breathwork learning from an embodied lens of healing, I became certified in Trauma In-formed Breathwork, Advanced Breathwork and Energetics as well as a Trauma In-formed Somatic Healing Coach.
