About me

I'm out to bust the myth that you're too busy to live healthy.
Using naturopathic physical medicine and a wide range of energetic modalities, I work with highly driven individuals who still feel stuck.

My Philosophy of Care

I practice minimalism and efficiency with my patients -- no kitchen sink approaches here!
I focus on helping my patients develop a sense of personal agency.
I believe in the power of team care and referrals, and will not hesitate to recommend another practitioner who can help you better than I can.

What You Can Expect On Your First Visit

Just show up, no initial consultation necessary. I will review your paperwork and ask any clarifying questions necessary to start care.

Physical Medicine: After a brief physical exam, I will begin hands-on bodywork while you lie fully-clothed on a massage table.
Biotherapeutic Drainage: As we discuss your case, I will pull out various remedies that seem to fit your symptom picture. Then I will use muscle testing to narrow down the remedies that best fit your case.

My Inspiration

My mother developed a mystery disease, and our family consulted doctor after doctor without any real answers. We finally found a functional medicine doctor who helped her improve, then a naturopathic physician that helped even more. She later developed esophageal cancer, which ended up claiming her life, despite being entirely preventable. When I started developing similar symptoms (yikes!), I chose to study naturopathic medicine so I could learn how to heal myself and those I cared about.

Questions & Answers

Dr. Chris Paliszewski Answers
Contrast hydrotherapy! Get out two buckets and fill one with hot water and one with cold water. For a sprained ankle, the usual protocol is 3 minutes hot, 30 seconds cold, in three repetitions: 3 minutes hot, 30 seconds cold 3 minutes hot, 30 seconds cold 3 minutes hot, 30 seconds cold Done! The goal is to utilize the alternating temperatures to stimulate blood flow to the area and promote healing. Don't burn yourself and don't do this if you have anything that might cause you to be more likely to burn yourself (e.g. diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia) or any condition that might be triggered by heat or cold. The temperatures don't need to be extreme, just enough for them to feel significantly different.

One of the simplest solutions that often gets overlooked in regards to memory care is vitamin B12.

I'm loving all of these responses, and I agree with all of them so far. My partner used to struggle with palmar hyperhidrosis, and now that it is gone I can safely say that in her case, it was likely caused by anxiety. She went through the Total Body Modification (TBM) Autonomic Recovery Program (ARP), which is the primary program that I utilize in my practice. TBM utilizes a combination of diet and lifestyle counseling and hands-on body/energywork to turn on the body's self-healing mechanisms so it can fix itself. This drastically helped her anxiety in all areas of her life, including her sweaty palms. While I know that life isn't as simple as "cure anxiety", it really depends on what the underlying cause is, and that can be difficult to determine without a one-on-one session with a holistic practitioner. If seeking out a practitioner isn't an option, remember the basics! Drink plenty of water, get good sleep, breathe clean air, eat nourishing food, and have healthy, fulfilling relationships.
