Christian is an extremely professional and kind soul! I have been graced to teach Yoga classes at the same locations, and take her guided Sup classes. She is the real deal! 💗
Christian is a kind gentle soul who is so full of knowledge and is truly inspirational. She is able to safely guide her students of all levels to challenge themselves in different yoga poses. Christian clearly cues her classes and gives a great workout! She usually throws a health/nutrition tidbit our way after class; maybe as a reward?! Not only is she knowledgable about yoga but it's amazing how much she knows about healing the body holistically. I personally know a handful of people that she has helped regain their health through her nutrition guidance. If I could, I'd give her 10 stars!

About me

Are you busy with limited time to devote to your health and confused about all of the nutrition advise out there?
Do you need someone to educate you about how to prevent or reverse the symptoms of your illness?

Do you need encouragement, accountability and coaching to meet your health goals? Wether you struggle with weight loss, autoimmune disorders, detoxification, anxiety, anti-aging, pre-natal health, or disease prevention, I am the health professional for you!

I am a functional nutritionist, where science meets holistic patient care! Functional Nutrition (FN) examines the balance of your personal nutritional health status to see how well you are nourishing your body’s needs. FN utilizes the science of labs to identify nutrient deficiencies, imbalances, toxicity and gut infections, all of which affect your optimal health. Biomarkers identified in labs can tell us which foods to eat and which to avoid to support all of the systems of your body. Labs can also tell us what supplements to recommend for your specific needs and help us discover the root causes to your health issues.

In my practice, I use a holistic approach considering all the things that make you unique! I work from a model that considers your lifestyle, environmental toxic exposure, stressors, nutrition, self care practices, medical history and genetic history, to counsel the individual that you are! Keeping your bio- chemical individuality needs in mind, I aim to educate and partner with you to accomplish your personal wellness goals.

Together we will discuss all of your health concerns and consider labs, supplements, essential oils, healthy nutrition, yoga therapies and other healthy lifestyle habits to work on during our sessions. I look forward to partnering with you!

If you are getting enough sleep (which would be my first question), then I would recommend avoiding sugar, alcohol and refined carbohydrates which can affect healthy brain function, leading to "brain fog". Make sure that you are staying hydrated and practicing deep breathing (this is a way we detox also). Since Hashimotos is an autoimmune disease affecting the thyroid, I recommend that you read labels and stick to an AIP diet protocol. Avoid any supplement that has artificial ingredients, preservatives, wheat, dairy, and any derivative of them. Have your care provider run the appropriate labs to see you true deficiencies and supplement accordingly. I check for all of these things when recommending supplements for my clients. I avoid making recommendations without knowing the details of each individual.
