Who is my ideal client? The person who is running on stress hormones. You have little spare time let alone time for you. You feel burnt out and yet desire so much more out of life. I had a whisper in my spirit when I was very young that I could create the life I wanted, feel the way I wanted, and achieve the goals I desired by tapping into my own self-awareness and energy. In time I realized the joy in life wasn't about the stuff, the events, the accomplishments, it was about the way that all made me feel and I can tap into those feelings anytime I want!.
