About me
Hey there! I'm Christina Baggott, and I've dedicated my life to guiding others on their path to healing and wellness. My journey into holistic healing began in 2008 when I discovered the profound impact of yoga on my own trauma recovery. After training in an ashram in Canada, I embarked on a journey to share the transformative power of yoga with others.
As a trauma survivor myself, I understand the importance of addressing emotional wounds and nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. That's why I've expanded my yoga practice to include reiki, EFT tapping, and life coaching.
