Hi! I'm Christina, most people call me Tina. I am a busy working mother of 16 year old twin daughters. I have a long history of working in the hospitality industry and passion for meeting new people. I love to cook, drink wine, read mysteries and travel. Meal prepping and at home workouts save my sanity during the busy week.
My Philosophy of Care
The path to becoming a wellness professional was long, but, in the end I found that the world tends to make being "healthy" seem hard. I wanted to help people understand that it doesn't have to be.
