About me
After a frustrating journey with my own health issues, I discovered that everything I thought I knew was wrong. As a Nurse Practitioner, I had been taught to break the body into systems and use medications to "manage" disease. What I discovered showed me that the body is truly wise and purposeful and that even "bad" symptoms are signals of what the body needs. Ironically, the path to wellbeing became much easier once I figured this out.
