With nearly a decade of experience using hands-on treatments to help people in pain, I have a passion for both healing arts and martial arts. My approach looks at the entire body as a unit and involves sports style massage techniques, osteopathic joint mobilization as well as stretching and exercise instructions for home care facilitating long term results.
