About me
I have dealt with digestive issues all my life. I've suffered from constipation, lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, rosacea, leaky gut, gallstones, pancreatitis, and infertility. It wasn't until I was in my late 40s that I put it all together, healed my gut, and started to feel like myself again.
My mission is to help women get back to their lives and not have to worry about unwanted symptoms like gas, bloating, constipation, and reflux. I look for root causes and partner with you on your goals to set you up for success.
