Cindy’s teaching is focused on the restorative aspects of yoga and meditation, meeting each student where they are regardless of experience or ability. She has been practicing yoga for many years, completed her initial teacher training in 2014, and completed her 500-hour teaching certification in 2018. Areas of focus include Community and Workplace Wellness, Metta (Loving Kindness) Meditation, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Chronic Pain, Trauma-Informed Yoga (Veterans Yoga Project), and Yoga for Seniors. Hatha, Flow, Restorative and Yin Yoga traditions are integrated into each practice as appropriate.
