About me
I am a Holistic Health Consultant, PhD in Natural Medicine, Traditional Naturopath and Functional Medicine Practitioner. I became interested in herbs and natural healing in my teens, and studied Naturopathy in Germany, Italy, France, England, the US and India.
Naturopathy is based on using all natural elements and remedies to return the body to a state of healthy balance, utilizing herbs, natural supplements, food choices and lifestyle counseling.
