About me
Hi there and thanks for reaching out! I am an accredited EFT Practitioner and I absolutely love what I do. By using EFT practices, people discover healthier ways to improve chronic pain, better manage their high stress careers, and address the root cause(s) of anxiety, depression and fear.
We set goals the client wants to achieve and when ready, we dig into how these protection layers came about in the first place and collapse them so we don't keep doing the same thing wondering why things aren't changing.
