I carefully curated a shadow work guided meditation customized to each individual to meet with their shadow selves to get the answers they seek about their healing, blocks, and behavior directly from their shadow.
I help free clients break the chains of past lives, and generational, ancestral, and societal conditioning by traveling through their wellspring of wisdom to see the reflection of the authentic truth from which they wish to fill their cup, to nourish the roots grounding them in their authentic truth.

About me
Hey y'all, I am Courtney Keiser, MA from Austin, TX. I have walked a magikal and spiritual path most of my life, which has taken me on a winding mystical journey to get to where I am today.
I am a former, private practice Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist (LPC, CCTT), working with Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and trauma. I loved helping people and felt attuned to my niche population, but I couldn't shake noticing that a passionate fire was not ablaze and I needed to know where it burned.
