About me
I am passionate about where life has taken me, where it is still going... Down a path where God is leading me. I love helping others with a holistic approach and with them choosing the program that they feel is right for them. With my knowledge and them sharing we decide that together.
I have struggled with my health being a Breast Cancer & Pericarditis Survivor. I have found a better way to better my health and want to share it with others. I might sound like a broken record sometimes but I feel eating clean with real food and not prepackaged food is the proper way to nourish your body.
