I am a holistic practitioner specializing in Craniosacral Therapy, Brain Balance Therapy, and Somatic Healing. My passion for the healing arts began over 20 years ago when I embarked on my own wellness journey to address physical and energetic imbalances I was dealing with as a young adult. In search for my own personal healing, I discovered reverence for the things that brought me physical and emotional balance including manual therapy, herbs and nutrition, meditation, and alternative healing therapies.
