About me
Hi everyone!
My health and wellness journey began while serving in the Marine Corps. I discovered Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine after an injury I sustained while serving and could not find adequate care through the Veteran's Hospital. A friend recommended Acupuncture and it changed my life. After my first Acupuncture treatment, I experienced profound relief, and I knew this was what I was meant to do.
What began as a passion for fitness and nutrition evolved into a more holistic approach when I discovered essential oils, yoga, and meditation after my service.
