About me
I came to holistic health through a fascination of herbs starting in 2010. In 2012 I trained in Reiki and massage but it wasn’t until 2018 when I found John Barnes Myofascial Release due to an overuse injury that I felt I had found a way to truly help people heal. Over the years I found that some people would hit a plateau in their physical healing due to “blockages” from their minds. I wanted to find a way to help these individuals so in 2023 I trained in The Destination Method, a truly transformative approach to shifting our minds.
