About me

I found hypnotherapy because I was struggling personally in the perception I had about myself because of my past traumatic experiences. These experiences created an inner world full of fear, doubt, low self esteem, depression and anger. My body was keeping score and my health became effected as well. Alopecia, numerous food allergies and inflammation were only a few of my symptoms due to how I was feeling inside.
