About me
About me
I’ve been a physical therapist for 16 years. Starting out in an out-patient orthopedic setting I found myself drawn to those suffering with chronic pain and I quickly began feeling like I was missing something. Traditional methods weren’t as effective at treating chronic pain as they are with acute injuries or post operative injuries. I felt lost with these challenging clients. I took my first course in Myofascial Release and from then on I was hooked. I started practicing MFR 15 years ago, and it changed the way I looked at therapy and the human body.
