About me
As a somatic embodiment practitioner, I utilize mind-body techniques to help rewire the brains neural pathways and return the body to its natural state of wholeness. I believe our bodies have innate wisdom and are the pathway to embodied power and magic that lives within.
I have always been curious about different modalities of healing and therapy and this journey started for me with a BA in Therapeutic Recreation. I also have certifications from the Aura Institute, The Embody Lab, and the Institute of Applied Somatics.
