About me
I was born and raised in Czech Republic and have been living in Arizona since 2005 with my husband and two daughters. I started my spiritual journey in 2016 when both our daughters were diagnosed with ADHD and I knew I had to change my parenting style. I have gone to therapy and read numerous books to find a better way to parent challenging kids. Ultimately I learned that it’s not until I heal my own trauma and release old generational codes, I can show up as a better parent for my kids and also a better wife for my husband.
