About me
A former athlete, it was challenging for me to deal with anxiety, weight, and self-esteem issues as an adult. Seeing my family struggle with diabetes, high blood pressure and other medical issues, I wanted to find a way to help them and myself, avoid taking pill after pill; medication after medication. Along this journey of helping my family I came across Marisa Peer's Rapid Transformational Therapy, RTT. I was able to uncover the cause of the anxiety and low self-esteem issues, heal from emotional pain, and change my life in a positive direction.
