As a professional holistic healer and teacher, my life's work is dedicated to helping individuals achieve emotional, physical, and spiritual healing. I have faced many challenges and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and depression years ago. However, I discovered my path to healing through mindfulness and energy healing practices.
