About me
I am a Hypnotist and EFT Specialist and has over 23 years' experience in the health and wellness field in yoga, mindful meditation and hypnosis.
Certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists with a specialty in Medical Hypnosis. I use EFT (tapping), self-hypnosis and other tools for self-empowerment within my hypnosis programs.
I have been a guest speaker at the Women in Business on the “Power of Hypnosis to Let go of the Fear of Public Speaking.” I have been a speaker at NGH for "Cancer Support Hypnosis.
