About me
I began coaching as a trained parent education facilitator over 20 years ago, and I have spent the last decade learning about recovering from Complex PTSD, sex addiction, sexual anorexia, intimate partner betrayal trauma, childhood sexual trauma, extreme abuse, and more.
Today, I am a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach, dedicated ally, and peer mentor supporting survivors of many kinds of trauma. Through public speaking and writing literature for support groups, I share my understanding of the principles of recovery from trauma and addiction.
