I saw my first spirit guide over 30 years ago which is my grandmother who passed and over the years have channeled numerous spirit beings for myself and others. I have studied with Orin and Daben, learning channeled connection with our light bodies, Abraham, channeled by Esther Hicks living conscious vibration law of attraction and Toltec, The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.

In 1991, I began the Barbara Brennan School of Healing, a four year school that teaches that our beliefs and images create our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual selves. They also teach how to recognize the places where we are blocked as a result of our beliefs and how these blocks begin in our energy bodies, then manifest in our physical form. We then learned tools and techniques to shift, unblock, and live our lives to our fullest potential. For over 20 years I have been on this wonderful journey of living life consciously and helping others when asked.

My journey has led me to offer service with individuals and groups, humans and animals that are shifting their connections with themselves and their lives. I have been part of and worked with the Gay, Lesbian, Bi, Transgender community since 1979, I believe in embodying equality both inside myself and out in the world.

In the late 90s, I started working with survivors of incest and people suffering with Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder, helping to calm the nervous system and offering tools and techniques to use to connect to self in the present moment.

I was raised with, and have a committed passion for, preventative and what is now considered alternative/functional health care. To me this is the most natural care that helps to support our system.

For the last 15 years I have been involved in the western medical world, hospitals and doctor offices, which has given me the insight of how both cares can complement each other. Since becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, I have taken continuing education in Oncology Massage for patients with Cancer and history of Cancer, Prenatal Massage a side lying technique for pain relief and relaxation.
