About me
Hi! I am Dee Arnold, founder and owner of Core Synergy Massage and Pilates.

I was involved in a life threatening accident in 1985 that required emergency surgery. From this experience, my life took an unexpected turn that would set me on a path of healing and deep-seated commitment to helping others in pain.

My accident became a pivotal moment that has fueled my unrelenting determination to not only overcome my own injuries but also to help others overcome theirs. My mission is to empowers others to become their own detectives in the pursuit of healing and well-being.
