About me
I started my healing journey in 2019 after learning about the Emotion Code from an interview that I saw with Dr. Bradley Nelson.
When Dr. Brad mentioned that emotions can become stuck or trapped in our body, around our heart (Heart Wall) and that these can contribute to our emotional and physical pain, my mouth dropped.
I immediately knew this is what I was struggling from...trapped emotions. When I had this realization, I felt like I had struck gold!
Fast forward to today, I am now a certified Emotion Code (Level 1), Body Code (Level 2), and Quantum Healing Practitioner.
