About me
Hi, I'm Denise, a health coach and pilates instructor with a passion for helping others improve their lives through mindful movement, holistic nutrition, and personalized wellness strategies. My journey began in 2016 when I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme Disease after being told that my lengthy list of symptoms were all "normal" and "just part of aging." I refused to accept that gaining 50 pound virtually overnight, having zero energy, debilitating joint pain, and constant brain fog were normal.
