I normally checkin with my clients after a session to ask them how they feel and these are the most common words that I hear: "relieved," "hopeful," "optimistic," and "calmer."
My intention is that after each of our sessions, my clients feel excited and empowered to take that "next step" toward achieving their highest goals.
Anyone can call themselves a "coach," but I'm specifically referring to experiencing coaching with someone who has received training from a reputable organization.
