About me

I look at the whole person and address the physical, emotional and mental energy restrictions that might be stored in the body. I find the person's body is more intelligent than me and can guide me to what it needs to help someone heal. I also feel like I am an " interpreter" of what someone's body wants to tell that person. I believe all healing is a form of "witnessing", whether by listening with my ears or my hands and by my holding an "emotional space" where a person feels safe and their body can shift once it knows it's being "heard".
