I am a holistic health & wellness coach helping women around the globe prioritize their health & wellbeing through nutrition, fitness & lifestyle changes.
I am a proudly self-declared food snob! But not just because it’s chic or trendy….I only eat quality organic clean foods because my life actual depends on it. As a 12- year Holistic Health Coach and Integrative Nutritionist, I know very well the importance of good health and clean eating and have been utilizing my expertise in nutritional healing to cure my body of Thyroid disease.
I have been trained by some of the most notables in the field including Deepak Chopra, Dr. Hyman, Dr. Katz, Debbie Ford and Dr. Weil as part of her certification as a Holistic Health Coach. I also hold a BS in Alternative Medicine and Psychology. I have additional training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy, Kinesiology and Herbology. I am a Board Certified Health Coach by the American Association of Drugless Practioners.
I share my expertise, passionate and knowledge about holistic health care as the CEO and Founder of Live Well and Be Well, which is geared at helping women who are keen on prioritizing their own health and wellbeing get fit, fab and focused. I have a wide array of programs ranging from my famous 30-day Sugar-Detox, to my quarterly Clean Eating Challenges and my monthly membership programs Fit.Fab.Focused Elites.
Fitness plays a significant role in my self-healing and self-care program. I work out 3 hours 6 days a week doing a combination of yoga, weights and spin classes. But my workout regime is not confined to the gym. She is also a rower with the Jupiter Dragon boat club where she is the front row stroker who decides the speed of the boat. I have hiked all the major peaks in the Alps across Austria and I am a fearless down hill skier who eats Black Diamond trails for lunch.
Self-care is a priority that me and I takes it seriously. Beyond the traditional massages, chiropractic adjustments and facials, I also treat my body to regular detox baths to remove stress and toxins as a part of my overall healing. These are rituals that are non-negotiables and ones that I attribute to actually reducing and shrinking my Thyroid Tumors.
As part of my passion of life, I also love to travel the world exploring new cultures and food.
