The work that I do supports people in moving into the present and out of the past. Whether the concerns are with life, work, or relationships we will work to get clear with what it is that you want for yourself and how to get past the barriers that hold you back. I help people find and connect to what makes them Light Up!
Outside of the office I am a mom, partner, and cat mom. I love to recharge in nature, hiking, and exploring national and state parks. My partner and I love spending time together working on our hobbies of fish keeping, collecting books, and plants.
