About me

If you are looking for a heart-centered, wellness-focused guide to help you tap into your own health and happiness, look no further. As a holistic counselor, coach, consultant, my goal is to use natural solutions to help you become your BEST SELF!
You may be struggling to make some positive changes in your life, but feel the need for some guidance. Maybe you are being pulled in many directions, feeling stressed, overwhelmed or depressed with the demands of life. You might feel challenged in your attempts to find balance in life as you juggle the responsibilities of work, family, friends, finances, and "me time."
My areas of expertise include Wellness, Stress Management, Anger Management, Bereavement, Parenting, Criminal Justice and more.
For the past 35+ years as a wellness-focused educator, counselor & coach, I have helped clients heal past wounds, clear limiting beliefs/blocks, and tap into their own power. My holistic approach addresses 6 major life areas: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Social, Financial and Spiritual.
I will help you zero in on your strengths, using them to implement a solution-focused approach to life's challenges. Employing Tapping (EFT) and other proven positive psychology and energy psychology techniques has allowed me to help my clients heal and reach their goals much faster. My Philosophy of Care

I have always been interested in health, wellness, positivity, personal growth and helping others. Faced with challenges in my own life and the lives of family members and friends, I learned ways to manage stress through natural remedies and self-care. It is my privilege to be able to share some of these tools and techniques with you.

Nervous about seeing a practitioner for the first time? My clients comment that from the first moment, whether in person, on the phone or video chat, they find my presence calming and relaxing. They feel listened to, understood, and valued. They know they have entered a no-judgment zone and they are free to open up and be themselves.

My Inspiration

Tapping is where Traditional Chinese Medicine meets Modern Psychology. It is a self-care, mind-body technique that quickly relieves physical and emotional symptoms and helps you feel better fast!

Keep lips moistened and slough off dead skin daily. I use my own products--Dr. Sheri's Lip Therapy. It compares to a commercial brand of lip products. I make a shea butter sugar scrub with shea butter, coconut oil, cocoa butter, organic sugar and essential oils like frankincense and copiaba. The lip balm is made with shea butter, fractionated coconut oil (does not harden) and essential oils like peppermint, lavender or lemon. Message me for the recipe or to purchase product.

To strengthen your immune system and bolster overall wellness, do some deep breathing. We take approximately 2000 breaths per day. Don't you agree that anything we do that often should be done in the most beneficial way? Here are just a few of the benefits of deep 3-part breathing: helps your relax; increases oxygen intake; releases toxins from the body; reduces the the affects of the stress hormone, cortisol; lowers your heart rate and blood pressure, which reduces anxiety; helps you cope with stress, improves your body's ability to cope with exercises; and improves longevity.
