For the past 35+ years as a wellness-focused educator, counselor & coach, I have helped clients heal past wounds, clear limiting beliefs/blocks, and tap into their own power. My holistic approach addresses 6 major life areas: Physical, Emotional, Mental, Social, Financial and Spiritual.
I will help you zero in on your strengths, using them to implement a solution-focused approach to life's challenges. I have always been interested in health, wellness, positivity, personal growth and helping others. Faced with challenges in my own life and the lives of family members and friends, I learned ways to manage stress through natural remedies and self-care.
