Balance Chiropractic
Individualized approach to musculoskeletal health. Specializing in Neck and arm pain, back pain, headaches and concussion.
Having had many of my own injuries through sports and bad drivers I know what it's like to deal with pain, numbness or loss of function. Not fun. The good news is that the body has an incredible ability to recover given the right help. Being in practice since 1999, I can't say I've seen it all, but I've seen a lot.
The technique I practice is relatively gentle and very comprehensive. Everything relates to everything else in the body, so I have adjustments for every joint, neck to toe, I do some muscle work and for those with headaches, concussion, or jaw issues, I have cranial work.
I was raised with the ethic of service. When it was time for me to choose a path in life, I thought back to my grandfather who was a physical therapist and the chiropractor who helped me recover from a serious injury. In year 3 of my practice, I had two head injuries and spent many years seeking ways to heal. Now I am able to share what I have learned with others and spare them the ongoing suffering that I and so many other post-concussion syndrome patients endure.
Each patient will have a complete history taken and a thorough exam based on that history. (I do not require x-rays, but if you have them or an MRI report, I'd love to see them.)
You will be treated on your first visit.
On your second visit we will go over a treatment plan based on what I've learned from you first visit. Initial treatment plans are no more than 4 weeks with re-evaluation along the way.
After my first major injury in college, I realized that personal development on all levels was greatly stunted by physical pain. I decided that the best way I could serve people was to remove that obstacle and help allow them to do all they were intended to.
