About me
Like all of us, I have a story. A story that was riddled with abandonment, trauma, poverty, domestic violence, and rape. However, along my journey, I have also learned that our story also becomes the STORIES we tell ourselves about ourselves, and life. Often, making us default to the victim mindset- unable to take radical accountability for our responsibility to heal.
There's a beautiful quote that says, "It's not your fault for what's happened to you, but it's your responsibility to heal from it.
