About me

Elessar Trost is a certified NARM Master Practitioner and Transformation Guide who specializes in helping individuals heal from trauma and live more fulfilling lives. After completing a double major in chemical engineering and biochemistry, Elessar soon discovered his passion for mindfulness and holistic healing. He has traveled the world, learning from various spiritual traditions and gaining expertise in bodywork and space-holding. He is also a Licensed Massage Therapist who studied at the Pacific Center of Awareness and Bodywork, where he spent an additional year as a Teacher's Assistant.
