Elisha Mae has helped 100’s of women since a fateful and life altering diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis. Her work allows a type of self-care that stays with you for well beyond the session itself. She helps restore and transform along with guiding you how to avoid feeling so beaten up by everyday life. You don’t need to spend hours or years learning how to do it; she walks you through a simple process so you are able to feel more peace.
