About me
I am someone, like you, who desired change in my life. My journey is very unique to me, just like your journey is unique to you. During our journey, we collect baggage consisting of trauma, limiting beliefs, relationships that don't serve, and the list goes on. It is this baggage that holds us in a lower vibrational state that then manifests as illness, disease, anxiety and depression. Once I committed to take responsibility of my own life and stop living in victimhood, the right people, the right books, the right modalities and the right circumstances came into my path.
