About me
I am an occupational therapist, and self rehabilitated momma of 4, who focuses on healing the pelvic floor. I use my personal experience, education and knowledge to help others. I am a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, where I apply my knowledge of the body to assist you in full body healing- not just targeting one or two muscle groups. I also can look at diet, daily habits and routines that may be hindering your healing journey!
