Hello, I'm Erin, a Quantum Healing Hypnotherapist (QHHT)(BQH), Reiki practitioner, and past-life regression therapist. A few years back I began truth-seeking, which led me to the works of Dolores Cannon, the founder of QHHT and author of so many books about metaphysics. I became aware that everything is energy and we have a Soul that speaks to us! That new (to me) knowledge became the spark that inspired me to become a practitioner in several unique and powerful healing modalities. Our inner healer and sage are within! It brings me joy to facilitate healing journeys that help you connect and expand into your own Soul.
My own self-healing journey led me to become a Reiki and QHHT practitioner. Through my struggles I found the deep and profound healing experience of Reiki and QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy) and never looked back! I know there are others who are just in "survival mode" like I was; knowing there's got to be more than just this! Well, I'm here to take you by the hand and say "Yes there is more than this...right this way..." Full disclosure: I am still on the path of self-healing and discovery, but I feel called to assist others on this journey. We all have a limitless soul that is speaking to us, and sometimes we just need help understanding the messages!
They usually feel floaty, light, and in awe of what they just experienced. We are utilizing the deep alpha/theta brainwave state of consciousness in these sessions, so you feel a bit "dreamy" sometimes! This is when such big breakthroughs are made, so much healing and "aha's" are happening!
"Hypnosis" is a word that makes some people feel uneasy, so if you are feeling nervous about it- rest assured: all hypnosis is self hypnosis! This process just relaxes you enough to allow your inner healer and wisdom to emerge, so you are always the one in control, AND you are in this theta brainwave state 2x a day anyway: right before sleep, and upon waking. It is safe, gentle, and natural.
