About me
About me
After studying massage and bodywork for over 25 years, I completed my Techniques Certification for CranioSacral Therapy in 2021. My sessions now blend some massage and stretching techniques for optimal integration and relaxation. As a CranioSacral Therapist, I listen deeply to what the body needs to facilitate self-correction from the core cerebrospinal fluid and meningeal systems.
My Inspiration
I learned massage as a child from my mother, who was an Army nurse at West Point and served overseas in Korea.
