I have been studying and working with the interconnected body-mind systems since 2005. I have experience in Anthropological Nutrition, Mindfulness & Yoga, Endurance Racing, Rolfing™ & Bodywork.
As a Certified Rolfer™ I incorporate my background in yoga & mindfulness, nutritional health & wellness, holistic adventure, athletics, and interpersonal exploration into my sessions.
