If you've struggled with your health or weight and all the confusing and contradicting information and approaches available in mainstream and alternative health circles, I want you to know you're not alone. I was very stuck in that world for many many years.
Food eliminations, doctors, supplements, expensive testing...all of this external noise took me further and further from the connections I needed to have within myself. I lost trust in my own body. As a teen and into my 20s it was all about losing weight.
