Not only does she take the time to listen to your goals and concerns she helps you understand what may be standing in your way. She helps develop strategies to overcome those hurdles and crush your goals! Gayle has become more than just a trainer to me...she is also a friend! I would highly recommend her!
Gayle is great! She speaks with you to understand what your goals are for your workouts. Her workouts are geared specifically for you with increasing challenges to push you further. I appreciate how she switches up each session to keep you engaged while getting a great workout! She truly inspires me to be physically fit.
Gayle is absolute the best human and even better trainer. I am 72 yr old grandma with back issues. She has been able to get me moving again and to encourage me and to help me lose weight I’ve lost 30 pounds is working with her I can’t praise her enough she’s absolutely the best!! Her knowledge and skill is fantastic and she used humor to motivate!

Note: To better serve you, please set up a FREE consultation call prior to booking this first session so we can establish our focus and the best way to work together based on your needs. In this first session, we will 'test' all the workout basics so I can learn your strengths, limitations, confidence, etc. Unless otherwise discussed, we will, 1) work upper body, lower body, core and cardio; 3) use small gym equipment and body weight only; 4) discuss what future sessions will look like and how best to move forward. NOTE: If this is a virtual session equipment is nice to have but not required.

Wellness Coaching

In this session we will review the Wellness Assessment you filled out after our consultation call and explore more specifically what's working well, where you want to improve, your challenges, your motivations and what's most important right now. As a result of this meeting we will have your vision for the future as well as a plan/map for how to get you where you want to be.

Gayle is amazing. My wife and I have been working with Gayle for a couple years and Gayle has helped us improve our lifestyles and fitness levels. She is our number one resource for personal training, nutrition, health coaching, and frankly has become someone we rely upon. She has even helped us get through the crazy year of 2020. If it wasn't for Gayle continuing to kick my butt (even virtually), I would probably be 100 pounds heavier. Knowledgeable, skilled, personable, energetic, and most importantly, she cares about her clients. One thing is for sure, Gayle is one coach who will never quit on you.

Working with Gayle was probably the easiest decision I have ever made when it comes to my wellness path. I briefly tried other trainers in the past, but none felt right. I started working with Gayle during one of the most chaotic times of my life. I was traveling four out of five days a week and eating out for every meal. With Gayle's help, I was able to find nutritional balance and began losing weight. Gayle is quite simply the best trainer and nutrition coach I have come across. I have been overweight my entire life and have always struggled with what to eat and how to workout. I never liked working out and I especially disliked how every professional I worked with had me cutting out all the goodies I enjoyed. The diets they put me on never stuck no matter how hard I tried. But then Gayle came in.
