Hello! My name is Gayle. I'm 52 years old and have 2 smart, inspiring kids in their 20s. I worked as a leader in the business world for 27 years and then I decided to shake things up.
Oh, yeah. There's something else you should know. I was severely overweight for most of my adult life. My body ached. I was exhausted all the time. I was uncomfortable in my own skin (and clothing) and I hated... and I mean hated to exercise. I thought I knew how to lose weight but in reality, I had no clue.
In 2010, I hit rock bottom and decided to commit to my personal well-being and over the following 2 years, I lost more than 60 pounds and finally understood what it felt like to feel and look my very best. It took hard work, commitment and consistency.
Skip forward. I started training in 2015 and soon after I earned my first fitness/nutrition certification. Since then, I have been helping people reach their personal health goals!
I can relate to so many folks who are trying to get healthy and feel good but are caught up in all the confusing programs, direction and claims that promise quick results which unfortunately for most are short lived.
With my experience, training and genuine desire to help people thrive, I decided to make it real... the best decision I ever made!
