About me
I am Gianna and I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Life Coach and Muscle tester. I work with clients who seek peak health physically, mentally and spiritually. The mind is your most powerful tool and if we are trying to conquer any dis-ease or imbalance, we must first prime our minds to help the rest of the body. I believe that the body is a system, with all organs and systems that work in sync with one another. When one system is out of balance, the others follow. I live by the fact that nutrition is not just the food we put into our bodies, but what we feed our minds and spirit.
