My goal here at Our Eudaemonia, is to assist you in uprooting those deeply ingrained weeds that keep resurfacing in your life. Using Tapping, QEFT, Qigong and Meditations, we’ll uncover and address the weeds you thought were gone but keep enchroaching on your roots. We will assess the obstacles that are preventing your radiance and carefully devise a plan to remove them, allowing the sun to illuminate your path. This will enable the warm rain to nourish and strengthen your roots, empowering you to thrive in the life you are meant to lead.
I encourage you to dive deep so that you may truly flourish.
This is not your one and only stop, there will be others. It will be a pivotal time for you.

About me
I discovered tapping when my parenting bag of tricks wasn’ t working. My youngest of four, was out of sorts “I should know what to do I thought.” I had received an email about tapping and quickly learned the acuponts, mustering “I Love You” on each point while tapping on my toddler. Luckily, after the third round of tapping, she transformed into happy playful child. That was over a decade ago.
My journey towards EFT led me to a daily deep dive into meditation and pursuing certification in Medical Qigong.
